Hidden Dreams by Jeff Flesch

There are dreams

hidden

within buildings

towering upon hills

and beneath

the surface of the sky

a transparent beauty

escaping

from time’s paradoxical

ties

leaving memories

as whispers of what was once you

and I

Jeff’s poetic piece is the unified voice of loving, losing, and rediscovering. There’s so much to be said about places and people, and the memories that continue to linger, bonding the past to the present, making way for possibilities of a hopeful future. Knowing, accepting, and learning is the greatest comfort we can offer ourselves in this everchanging life pattern.
    Congratulations Jeff!
